Our mission at Saco River Health Services is to provide In-Home services that enable people to remain in their homes with as much independence as possible. Registered Nurses provide home visits to assist clients and their families. There are also trained and certified Personal Support Specialists (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are dedicated to providing the support that many people require while allowing them to maintain as safe a level of independence as possible.
